Online Parking Citation Payment FAQ
|
Note To Customers Citations are entered
into this website every weekday at 8:30 am. Generally, payment cannot be made until the
day after a ticket is issued (on Monday if a ticket was issued Friday - Sunday).
|
Q. Where can I make pay parking citations online?
Q. Where is my Citation Number or "Tag/License and State"
Your citation number is the first line on your parking citation followed by state
and license one below the other.
Q. What if no match is found with my Citation Number or my Tag and State?
It may be too soon to pay. See the note at the top of the page: citations are loaded online
every weekday morning at 8:30, excluding holidays. If you try to pay before the next upload
after your ticket is issued, the system will not recognize your citation number.
Other potential problems:
Verify that your ticket was issued by the City of Gainesville, Florida
Check to see that you entered the citation number or the tag number correctly
If your citation number should have been loaded but does not appear online after you have
